Laser Group Growing Strong
August 2014 - ATT Trust Journal:
It is an exciting time for one Auckland based plumbing business who has decided to make some changes and join Laser Plumbing, New Zealand’s leading plumbing contracting group.
Osborne Plumbing and Gasfitting Ltd will now trade as Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn and owner Craig Bowie says it’s a positive move for them and, more importantly, their customers.
Osborne Plumbing has been servicing the Auckland area since 1919. The company is experiencing growth in all areas of the business. Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn has taken on additional staff to keep up with demand and presently have 3 Apprentices and is in need of more Registered Plumbers.
Craig Bowie says,
As the business grows moving to Laser Plumbing makes sense, it means that our customers will receive even higher standards of efficiency and service.
The back office changes have been for the benefit of our customers. We’ve migrated to the Laser software programs, which use cloud based technology. Laser has developed unique computer software systems which enable accurate fast invoicing, labour and materials management. This ensures our clients receive a level of service that is second to none.
We now have the added benefit of becoming even better at what we do through support, networking and system efficiencies. Our customers remain our top priority, moving to Laser will not change the fundamentals of our business.
Our customers also have peace of mind with the Laser Totally Dependable Guarantee which they find reassuring," says Craig.
Scott Carr, General Manager of Laser Group says,
The Laser Plumbing network continues to grow we now have 38 members onboard which include Hawera, New Plymouth, Gore, Rangiora, Timaru, Feilding, Putaruru over the last year.
Laser Plumbing members support the industry and see value in training apprentices, as they are the future of our industry” says Scott.
