We are an essential service and our team of office and trade staff are on standby to safely help you and your friends with any plumbing emergencies during level 4. The services we can help with are

• Faults preventing you accessing hot water (hot water cylinders)
• Faults preventing you disposing of waste water and sewerage (broken or blocked pipes)
• Faults preventing you from receiving water to your house
• Faults preventing your house from receiving gas services

Our normal charge out rates apply Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. After Hours and weekends incur a call-out surcharge and on public holiday days additional fees apply. A small fee is also charged for disposable safety equipment.

During this time we are also available to discuss any renovations, new housing projects or maintenance work you are thinking about. We can provide price guidelines so you are all ready to go when we drop down to Level 3
